Because every Imagined Art order is custom-made, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand fully behind our quality:
- If your print arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll reprint it free within 30 days of delivery.
- If your order is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no charge.
- To start a claim, email support@imaginedart.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue.
